We sure are. We are not bootleggers and all our releases are the real deal.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping is free. If you want faster shipping then there are alternative options available at an additional cost when you purchase the DVD.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from ourselves to inform you that your item has been sent.  Wherever possible, we will also include a postal tracking number to allow you to trace your package.

I placed my order X days ago and it still hasn't arrived, where is it?

If you placed your order less than 2 business days ago, it may not have shipped yet. In-stock items take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order ships, you will receive an email within 2 business days.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

You can only cancel an order that has not already been placed in our daily order queue or if your card has not already been charged. If you would like to contact us regarding a cancellation, you can do so via our "Contact Us" page.

How do pre-orders work?

If you pre-order a DVD, we will reserve a copy for you and ship it on release day. Please be advised, your credit card will be charged prior to the release.

If you place an order with both in-stock and pre-order DVDs, we will wait for both items to become available before shipping.

What is your returns policy?

You may return any DVDs purchased from our site to us for a refund, minus a £3.00 handling fee. The DVD must be returned unopened and in brand new condition (be sure to include your original order number).
If the DVD you have purchased is faulty then you may exchange it for a new DVD at no extra cost. Please check the DVD carefully before you return it, as any DVD that we find to be in working order will not be exchanged. Incompatibility with a DVD player because of region code or format is not an acceptable reason for exchange.

Can I buy your DVDs in the shops?

No. Online shopping is the future, my friend. All our titles will be sold direct from our website, with love from us to you.

Are your DVDs regionally encoded?

No, all of our releases are region 0 so can be played in any DVD player.

Can I suggest a film that I think you should release?

You certainly can. We'd love to hear what films the fans want to see. Go to the 'Contact Us' section and send us your suggestions.
